G Club is our client loyalty programme that recognises and rewards our top clients.
Exclusive G Club benefits are grouped into Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers, and offer a range of exclusive benefits such as quarterly bonus credits, complimentary delivery and, for some clients, event hospitality and overseas travel. To qualify, all clients need to do is to remain within Greenwood’s credit terms consecutively each month of the quarter.
On top of the G Club rewards, clients will benefit from excellent service from the dedicated G Team; access to innovative tools, like the Tender Tool; private tours of Fresh Acres HQ on request; and opportunities for continued professional development through the Greenwood Academy.

Every quarter, Greenwood will reward its clients that have remained consistently within their agreed payment terms consecutively each month, with a credit based on their quarterly spend. After the end of each quarter, Greenwood will confirm with all qualifying clients their value of earnt credit bonus, which will be automatically credited to their account.
Greenwood Specification
Each G Club member will receive up to five complimentary copies of the Greenwood Specification, our comprehensive landscaping guide which contains detailed information on over 400 plants, as well as useful information on a variety of topics related to responsible growing.
Seasonal hamper
Every December, each G Club member will receive a festive hamper selection
Complimentary delivery
Greenwood understands how important it is for its clients to have fast and effective delivery. G Club Gold tier clients will enjoy free delivery on all orders over £500; Silver tier clients will enjoy free delivery on all orders over £750, and Bronze tier clients will enjoy free delivery on all orders over £1000.
Luxury event hospitality
G Club Gold tier clients will be invited to an annual luxury hospitality event in the UK, paid for by Greenwood. This will include entry, catering, drinks, and travel.
Trip to Greenwood Holland
Greenwood will invite its G Club Gold tier clients on a complimentary trip to visit Greenwood Holland, to learn more about the European supply chain, and experience the renowned North Brabant tree growing area.
Greenwood Community partnering
Greenwood is proud to support charitable and community causes via its Greenwood Community scheme. G Club Gold tier clients are given preference and, each year, are invited to nominate a joint charity project on which they would like to collaborate with Greenwood.
Fresh Acres nursery tour
Every G Club client is welcome to a tour of our Fresh Acres nursery site, based in Walberton, near Arundel. Clients are offered a tour of the nursery, as well as a complimentary lunch.
Case study collaboration
Greenwood will work with its clients to produce an online article based on a large project of your choice, including a detailed account of the work undertaken, and professional photography, to be featured on our website and across our social media.

How can I join G Club?
How does it work?
How do I know how much credit I have earnt?
How do I remain on the same tier?
To remain on a tier the client needs to meet the quarterly spend threshold of their given tier, and remain within credit terms. Quarterly tier thresholds are Gold £125k, Silver £50k+, and Bronze £25k+.
How do I reach the next tier?
Client spend is reviewed each quarter. If a clients’ quarterly spend exceeds the threshold they are on, then they will be promoted to a higher tier. Similarly, if the client does not meet the minimum spend threshold they will be moved down a threshold.
What happens if I spend less?
If your annual spend falls below the threshold you will only be able to access the benefits of the lower tier.

What happens if I don’t remain within Greenwood’s credit terms?
Clients only qualify to access G Club benefits if they remain within their credit terms.
Why do I need to remain in credit terms?
Timely collection of monies due is important to allow us to remain competitive and deliver the standard of service that our clients rely on, in order to achieve timely completion of their projects.

Greenwood Group Ltd (“Greenwood”) reserves the right to change or withdraw the G Club client loyalty programme and its related benefits at any time and without notice. The programme is offered at the full discretion of Greenwood and cannot be used in conjunction with other programmes or discounts. The authority of Greenwood in relation to how it recognises qualifying spend and participation is final and incontestable. Clients must remain within Greenwood’s credit terms each month consecutively during the quarter to qualify and access G Club benefits and receive quarterly credit bonus.
