We offer flexible call-offs to suit your project’s requirements. We hold your price for three months, from the time of quote. Our innovative Tender Tool app gives you the delivery notifications and real-time tracking, for peace of mind.
Excellent Availability
With over 100 acres across six sites, we are one of the largest UK growers. We grow a large proportion of our own stock, with a focus on our G range. Our production planning team ensures the stock you require is available in your timeframe; we also offer a contract growing service, Watch It Grow. Our Dutch facility, Greenwood Holland, simplifies the import process from Europe to the UK.
Fast and Flexible Deliveries
Our national logistics operation allows you to have your plants delivered directly to site, with delivery slots available at a time that suits you and your project. Early delivery slots are available from 8am to ensure on-site efficiency. Our own fleet of vehicles gives us the flexibility to tailor our delivery schedules all year round, to accommodate your needs and requirements.

The importance of peat-free growing media
We are proud to be 100% peat-free growers, having undertaken extensive trials at our nurseries to find the best possible peat-free growing media. We’re now working with our supply chain to ensure all purchased plants are also peat-free.

HTA ‘Peat-Free’ Grower of the year 2023
Greenwood was thrilled to have been named ‘Peat-Free’ Grower of the year at the 2023 HTA awards. The award came shortly before Greenwood announced that it had reached its target of being 100% peat-free growers across all six of its UK nursery sites. The award recognises the recipient’s commitment to growing responsibly, and underpins the hard work and dedication of the G team throughout our peat-free transition, which began in early 2022.
Named AIPH International Grower of the Year 2024
We were delighted to be awarded the coveted Golden Rose as overall winners of the IGOTY 2024 awards, held in Essen, Germany. The award recognises the best horticultural industries all over the world, and has seen previous winners from China, USA, and Mexico to name a few. Alongside The overall award, Greenwood also won in the ‘Sustainability’ category, as well as the ‘Finished Plants and Trees’. The award serves as a testament to the incredible work of the G Team, without whom, such achievements would not be possible.
