Visitor Guidelines

Fresh Acres Head Office

1. Visitors are requested to park in the designated parking bays marked ‘Visitors’ in the car park.

2. Visitors are requested to check in at Reception, signing in the guest book, and using hand sanitiser before they enter the main office area.

3. Visitors which are offered a tour of the site should wear appropriate footwear, a high visibility vest, and be accompanied by a Greenwood employee at all times.

4. Visitors should be briefed that they are on a fully operational site with machines, mobbing vehicles etc and that they need to be aware of the activity around them.

5. Visitors should refrain from physical contact with the plants unless necessary.

6. Visitors should sign out of the guest book when they leave the premises.

Nursery sites

1. Visitors are requested to park in the designated parking areas on sit.

2. Visitors are requested to check in at the relevant office premises on site, to let the Site manager know they have arrived.

3. Visitors which are offered a tour of the site should wear appropriate footwear, a high visibility vest, and be accompanied by a Greenwood employee at all times.

4. Visitors should be briefed that they are on a fully operational site with machines, mobbing vehicles etc and that they need to be aware of the activity around them.
